Hey all.

So I have been waiting for TWO 1500 bet point purchases of deposits of $100 into my Pinnacle account since August. There has been no deposits into my account at all and no one is responding to me - I messaged SBR Forums in the forum, emailed Orders@SBRForums.com and Cashier@SBRForums.com and no one has responded to me.

If any of you remember... The same thing happened to me back in May when I tried to get a $100 deposit into my Bodog account, it took almost 2 months to be told that there was a problem with the Bodog affiliate and my bet points were returned.

So then I decided to try with Pinnacle one purchase in August and another in September. The orders were deemed as "Complete" on September 10th and no deposits of any kind were made into my Pinnacle account by SBR. I would really like to know what is going on.

I opened my Pinnacle account using the SBR affiliate link, which is how I became a pro member. So I have no idea why the deposits aren't happening - I also have no idea why no one is responding to me, or why the orders are being deemed "Complete" when nothing - at any point - was deposited into my account.

I would really like to know what the deal is - and would like to warn all SBR users that there seems to be serious issues with the ordering and purchasing process of these deposits.

Please, someone give me an answer. This has gone on far too long. Even if you can just simply return my bet points for the purchases that were not fulfilled and I can try with another sports book - seeing as there seems to be issues with certain affiliates SBR is involved with.

This is extremely frustrating.

Idk how they are saying (if this is the case) that my Pinnacle account was created without using SBR promo link when I signed up as an SBR Pro using Pinnacle.

Id just like some answers, at the very least - a refund of my bet points so that I can do this the way they are asking now.

This is 3000 bet points we’re talking about here. Why have rewards program if they aren’t fulfilling the orders.

Again, EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

I am a pro bettor, I do not need these funds, but it is simply the principle of the matter...

For sure there are problems with the store purchases. My order for 5Dimes was listed as "complete" on Nov 8th but the money never arrived. Genie said she was checking on it, but just wanted you to know you are not alone. Seems a little crazy

Reading all these comments makes my betcris store purchase in jeopardy. Sbr Please remove the betpoints and sbr pro option for non USA members, its a waste of time and a bait to deposit money in sportbooks.

They are so dishonest, I have been trying to use these bet points for literally almost a year and have had 2 failed attempts where my bet points weren't returned until I talked to an SBR media personality that helped me get my BP's back.

They told me that my SBR Pro account was accepted "in error" so I wasn't able to use the Pinnacle account (in which I registered as an SBR Pro with) to get my bet points. I then transferred my bet points to a friend to avoid the "1st purchase balance clears" ridiculous stipulation they had - and then they banned his account - thus I lost the 1500 bet points I sent to him.

SBR has REALLY gone down hill. Nothing but lies, dishonesty and circumvention of their own terms and conditions of a rewards loyalty system that - by the looks of it - is overall; unloyal and dishonest.

I wonder how they'll scam me out of my remaining bet points.

I think all the non usa users from the forum should raise this issue. Its of no use being a member, depositing cash with their sponsors and in return we get nothing absolutely nothing. Its a waste of time. I would appreciate if the issues are resolved.
