    Browsers have nothing to do it with. I was getting U.S. renewal options despite never logging in from any IP outside of my town far, far away from Trumplandia. Furthermore, during SBR World Cup we are about to win today, I was listed in the wrong region (USA) for all of the qualification period, which is over 3 months.

    In other words, for some reason SBR thinks I am in the U.S.

    And for the same reason it thinks JIBBY is out side of U.S.

    It's a glitch, server-side. That's an assumption made by my technically non-sophisticated brain.
