    SBR can you please look into store order #37831

    Bodog $100 Cash 5X rollover Total cost 1500 points.

    I placed this order on January 21, 2018 (over 2 weeks ago)

    As of today I still have not received this $100 in my Bodog account.

    Yes, In some cases, order may take up to two weeks to be credited, but if an order has not been received in this time-frame, please contact us at forum@sportsbookreview.com

    It's been over 3 weeks now since I placed the order and I still have not received it. I sent email to the address you stated over a week ago and have not heard back.

    If there a problem with the order?
