    New BigDaddyJames/BN Payday Loans loan terms resulting from temporary default and various shenanigans:

    3500 loan + 500 interest at agreed upon rate +1105 in freeroll winnings = 5105 total payback if within one year.

    This deal will include potential rebates with full and timely payments.

    After one year, 25% interest rate will apply should you again PRO access with BN Payday Loans or another lender and no rebates provided.

    Update: BigDaddyJames wins another freeroll of 250. Terms updated.

    Given BigDaddyJames has apparently chosen to go PRO without using my points, the entire loan can be paid off at the payment rate of 4000 (updated from 3850 with another 250 freeroll) with immediate and full payment. If a loan is necessary from another provider that will be acceptable.

    This will be our agreed upon deal with the added hilarity of BigDaddyJames having to pay $100 to get it. We can all have a good laugh at the mistake of both parties and the final outcome.
