    0 for the last 12 not able to play please
    Im sure you can take the auto shut off on the start no reason for it
    Can you explain why you need auto shut off on the start for trivia???

    We have given you a reset normally on our end and the trivia logs show no problems.

    yea I switched to mcAfee from Norton thats where the problem is so I wont be able to play trivia unless the auto start
    stop I still dont see a reason for a start timer do you???? 0 for 13 now no need to reset the same thing happens mcAfee
    just doesnt let me click in
