Carseller, you are never going to roll over points in the poker room. You play every hand!! EVEN WHEN YOU GET LUCKY AND DOUBLE UP EARLY, you continue to play every hand so your luck will change and you lose it all. You came in 27th place tonight out of 27 players. Other times this week you got eliminated in the first 3 out.


You really shouldnt even waste the 10 points playing. Just send that to tripled to pay off your loan faster

If he chooses to forego a daily and send the points to me instead, that's fine...but the 91 points a day he gets from logging in won't even cover the interest rate he's brought upon himself. He needs poker or trivia to get out of this.

Thanks boner...I know you feel the same way we all do about CS4 scamming, and like you I just want to be fair. A stake is a loan obviously; a gift is a gift and is just fine, but in order to verify it's a gift and not actually a loan, I think it's more than fair to require a statement proving a gift is actually a gift, to prevent a handful of unscrupulous people to send a "gift" while stipulating via PM it will be paid back at a later date. CS4's history of mislabeling loans more than justifies and requires this.

In fairness though, I'd say that posting publicly it's a gift is the same as contacting me to verify (we all know CS4 would take any reason not to pay back, so a public statement would prevent anyone from getting their points back). Per (http://www.sportsbookreview.com/foru...l#post22364767), it looks like what tizzy sent was a gift and could be interpreted as publicly stated as one. As it's a publicly stated gift, the penalty doesn't apply; CS4's disregard for terms and fondness for loopholes aside, I'll abide by the spirit of my terms in addition to the words.

To be clear: to adhere to the "no loan" term, any future gifts must be verified, either privately with me or by a public post from the gifter.

As the 39 points were sent back to tizzy, He's free to regift them to CS4, who is free to resend them to me towards his loan.

Confirmed...not sure of your reasoning here dngf, but I'm sure of 2 things: CS4 will be extremely grateful, and he'll be back to soliciting loans within 2 or 3 days tops.

To anyone else thinking of lending to CS4 in the future, I'd highly recommend using the same terms; he doesn't seem to respect much else
