I have ~1700 pts that have vanished from poker.
They have not been returned to my SBR forum balance/wallet.
AND, they don't currently show up in my poker balance/in play either.

Something happened early this morning -- tech-wise on SBR -- upon finishing up playing w/brainfreeze (last hand was @ 2:43ET).
When I left the table and clicked on the Cashier, I got an error message and it would not display anything. Repeated clicks on poker Cashier just kept getting the error message.

I could not sign on to the forum at this time either AND knowing something was obviously awry, when I went to click and check on various peeps sportsbook balances (to check tech problems), they weren't displaying either. Just a blank.

Anyway, I figured no big deal just a temporary SBR tech hiccup and things will be OK in morning; but, everything's not OK. The pts have just mysteriously disappeared.

I can prove the ~1700pts missing via hand histories (I deposited 400 total pts last night before 11pm tourney, stopped to play tourney w ~1100+ pts taken from ring game... after tourney put 200pts of the ~1100 back in play... then finished w/ brainfreeze just shy of 800pts. ~ 900pts + ~800pts = ~ 1700pts)

Last hand played, again, was @ 2:43 ET

Appreciate some help here, SBR, to track down my missing pts

a classic case of reverse syphoning...... if you don't take the syphon hose out, it will suck back up the liquid being syphoned.... I this case, the syphon (ur superuser programming) u left in the tank (the SBR poker server) sucked back up the points you had syphoned off of the rest of us, as opposed to being superusers, DUMBASS USERS!!! I FOUND 250 EXTRA POINTS IN MY ACCT, THE SAME AMOUNT I LOST TO YOU A FEW DAYS AGO!!!!

After winning this last hand, I had ~780 on the table, brainfreeze left (still had the 894.10 in "Poker Balance") then, like I said, the tech issues hit (the ones that knocked out play all the next day and resulted in makeup touneys on Saturday) I clicked "cashier" it was blank screen all around. I should have had ~1674pts (780+894). Again, figured no big deal they'll show up in morning but, alas, they went POOF in the night. (brainfreeze & I were only ones playing at this time, reason you haven't heard from other peeps)

The points clearly were never credited to me (can ck my pt history) BUT I did receive a JoJo ring badge so I assume the 1674ish were credited SOMEWHERE that was recorded.

I really would appreciate if I could get my 1,674pts back, thereby rectifying this situation. I'll take from anyone @ SBR.

Hell, I'm so desperate to retrieve them at this pt I'd even let downsouth or Opti get in the mix... and they don't even know that 3 pair doesn't beat a str8!
