    what are ya hedging bud? (is it 100% all back 2/3?)

    what terms are you looking for? (I have only done a few loans so still getting a grasp around what are good terms for both of us)

    I forgot to suggest terms.I don't know what is the usual as never had a loan.Reading the other threads it looks like most are 10% but I'll do 2000 for 2300
