    Ordered 2 pizza e-gift cards around 11AM ET time today. Still no cards in email. I was on live chat asking for help, they told me to check email, that it would be there in 5 minutes. They told me this 3 different times today in the last 6 hours, but nothing yet?

    It's not in my inbox and not in spam. I got the confirmation update that the status of the order is complete, but no cards. I ordered dozens of pizza e-gift cards in the past with no problems. But, I still haven't received the 2 cards I ordered yesterday.

    i'm in the same boat as ant. i cashed out a pizza card late sunday. got an email saying the order was closed, yet nothing has arrived in my email.

    Bump this thread in about an hour or so as the office staff will be in the and they can look into it again for you. Just so the thread doesn't get lost amongst the others. I don't deal with the Store or I would help you out if I could.
