The thing about Snicker is prior to this Loan from Bobby he showed no willingness to grind out daily points to his lenders. Sure he paid off some small loans after he made a hit. But not worth the risk to someone who is unwilling to send some points at least every couple of days.

I'm aware. I watch it all. From when guys try to change names so they can ditch a loan and come back new (NOT GOING TO HAPPEN) to when they send PMs asking for loans or gifts behind others' backs. We don't let you know that we know but we know.

So even I stick with the same advice always: Lend to those you know. Even then they might bolt but that's the chance you take. And give noobs 20pt chances knowing that there's a good possibility they'll be banned for multi accounting. You might lose a day and a half worth of pts but you also might gain a loyal repeat cashed up customer. Not bad for a 20pt risk.

I get it Stash...Was just offering SBR an incentive to confiscate. If they can't, then I'd rather see a 1,050 debit or Snicker ban at this point.

If any lender is not getting the pts owed, why should Snicker or any other stiff be allowed to blow the pts & blatantly not pay without consequences?

Shari we need official SBR rules on lending and borrowing.

    Some things need clarifying.

    1. Multiple loans...yes or no? If yes how many is too many?
    2. Can you take a day or two off if you send a big payment?
    3. What percentage of a big win (casino, poker, contest) should be paid to debt?
    4. What is the top limit as far as amount of debt goes?
    5. Do lenders have to assume any risk in making a loan? If yes, and they cry to SBR about it, shouldn't they be the one penalized?

I'm sure there are other questions that can be asked...maybe SBR can give of some solid guidelines?

I wasn't sure that this was possible...but you thinking that Shari (and SBR) would waste time addressing this is dumber than anything you have ever typed. And it's a long list pal....

Nevertheless I'll still help you badger him when I see him.

Hindsight is 20/20. Snicker was in good standing at the time of loan, that's all the info any lender can go on.

Apprciate you badgering him at the table. He hasn't responded to me lately on the table, maybe he disabled chat at this point with all the badgering.

Bobby only thing we're saying is, snicker falls into a long line of posters who are TREMENDOUS at repaying loans when they win at poker or in the sportsbook but have shown no ability/willingness to repay when they go bust. He had a 100 loan and then all of a sudden 500-1000 loans within a day or 2 just because he was paid back after he "won".

I told him if him, a few weeks back, that if he paid you by the end of March I'd make a + post about him. Doesn't look good.

tat answered you perfectly, mustache ... SBR owes you NOTHING at this point.

Normal people know what the rules are.

Btw... still time to get in Syracuse/Cal

And being that some of your time has been freed up from all your scamming (grad school level) & smartassing (5yr old level)... how bout hopping right over here and working on THIS:
    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sbr-points...l#post18146468
    Still waiting.....

Ya know..... I'm sure SBR's decisive action today has left a good feeling in a lot of the community today. Shari said it superbly: (paraphrasing) Ya just wanna know that the people you're hanging out with on here aren't just out & out DIRTBALLS.
KUDOS SBR! .... An added benefit is... I bet it helped restore a lot of faith in SBR in many posters' minds.

Was lending Snicker 800 too much? Apparently for some folks. I was willing to assume that risk, considering the good standing of borrower & my ability to generate pts. I'll take full responsibility for it, doesn't mean I'll just blow it off & not try to either recover loss or get stiff to suffer some consequence.

To my credit, I haven't loaned since then (8/12). I learned the amount of interest isn't worth the risk to me. Not only a risk of non payment but a risk of banning as well, I was also burned by Hurls in this manner. Stash & others have been burned on loans as well, does this mean the loan King didn't do his homework? No, it just means stiffs happen & you can't always see it coming. Everyone's risk tolerance is different. Lenders try to trust & help people, unfortunately there will always be degenerate losers on a gambling forum.

Right on and don't disagree. Just that we all have stiffs and there is a long line, as Shari said. And the only reason I brought up snicker was that, when we warned you about him, you seemed a bit dismissive and not appreciative of our help. Not saying that's what you intended, but that's how it was received.

This forum has to police itself so it's all about lenders having each others' backs.
