    the main thing, is that you have drank way way way way less ove the past 12 weeks prob than any point in your recent past, so that is great. slip ups are ok for some, as long as it doesn't just automatically result in a full on bender relapse.

    I'll be back in 20, going to the store for some soft pretzels and beer as a reward for my first 5 mile run in over 15 years!

    Still don't see how people can get hammered day after day without just hating themselves and feeling like absolute dogshit after about day 4......The headaches, dehydration, the shits, tiredness, etc

    Atleast people out of college anyway, from like 18-23 I can understand

    Something like weed or pills is a different story because of no hangover....I get people doing that everyday

    good job Mike wish I was in same boat with u my drinking has caused a couple health issues, still havent stopped. hope you move foward succesfully.

    MLD- some people (myself included) dont get hungover. I would have to drink at alcohol poisoning levels to feel a hangover.

    ^^ i was the same way mitchell, a nurse i know called me a "functional drunk", once the booze is always in your system you only get really sick when detoxing. Not that i was a picture of health, but i almost never felt the hangover effects of alcohol leaving your system.
