    I only read the thread title, so - I don't agree that stopping consumption of booze is the way to go. Terrible idea, actually.

    Problem isn't the booze.

    I'm gonna try and cut drinking and smoking out for 4 months in the new year, then slowly ease back in around 420 but keep it very casual (once a week at most).
