    My additional terms:

If not paid in 30 days, you will incur a 75pt fee for every week late.

since ur not a typical lender and probably dont do any research you wouldnt know that he owes about 3k pts to ArunSh http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sbr-points...l#post14630988 .. he has been paying little by little lately.. but for 2 months he didnt pay anything barely if at all.. and he asks for loans every day and is basically putting his newer lenders before the arunsh payback he owes... imagine if he loses this loan from u.. he will be back in the forum tomorrow asking for 500 from a new guy and u will be in the back of the line just as arunsh is for payback.. might he pay back sure.. but he also could just keep going till the madness is stopped.

he will of course answer my post with popcorn

I suggest in the future u do a bit of research yourself before lending out money to someone who obviously is not even an honest upfront borrower but figured I would give u one heads up

Proceed further at your own risk now

Did the research, saw the Arunsh 3k loan & didn't see OP on the stiff list thread. How can OP pay Arunsh back any faster, if he doesn't have pts to make a run? My loan would be 350, not 3K.

One of the ways many people ended up on the stiff list was because they got more than one loan at a time.

So if ArunSh is comfortable with a 3K exposure, don't know if he is or is not, but maybe does not want to increase his exposure, that should be his decision. If you are the one to make additional loans and bury kk and so he stiffs, are you going to pay off ArunSh?
kk has paid 1148 points on the loan since origination on May 2. So he is still averaging over 12 per day, even without a payment in the last week.

If you are comfortable with kk's ability to go on a run and generate points to pay off his 3K existing debt, the proper thing to do would be to make him a 3500 or so betpoints loan, and pay off ArunSh, and give him a stake to start from. Then if you chose, you could provide him points he requests periodically and always be the first lender, theoretically entitled to the first repayment.

    lol

what if u lose the 350... then come on sbr tomorrow or a week from now requesting another 300 loan from a 3rd unknowing lender.

even if u dont get that loan, within a few weeks u should be paying arunsh more pts to keep up with what u have been paying (much improved btw).. but lets jump the forecast till when arunsh should be paid off if u kept up a 15 pt a day avg = 200 days away from now.. divide that by the 7 days in a week and u have a potential late fee with bobby of 1800 pts.. in other words unless u pay bobby off first (which at 15 pts a day would be 20-25 days) then u would incur a monstrous late fee 100% of the time. and if u do pay him off first, then u are making a guy u owe 3k pts to wait an entire month before he recieves yet 1 more pt?

if u win, u think u did something good here.. when in reality ur credit is nowhere near improving until u pay the original guy back and quit asking OTHERS for side loans.. u want to establish credit, then keep ur side loans with the current lender imo.

to each his own.. I will admit u have vastly improved in paying arunsh (positive).. but this still I want a loan crap every 2-3 days is kinda crazy.. pm arunsh and ask him for an extension.. if u cant get one then pay him out of ur daily poker winnings. there is no need for someone who owes a debt to goto sbr casino and worsen his risk and the lenders.. its basically robbing peter to pay paul and eventually peter and paul will both be screwed.. its near inevitable really.

I'm not comfortable loaning him 3,500, nor did OP ask for 3,500. I don't get your insinuation of: kk stiffing, me burying him, then somehow I should be held responsible to pay off kk's debt to Arunsh. From what I see, KK has paid over 25% & lived up to their agreement thus far of averaging 12pts/day. Should kk be responsible with my 350 loan & pay Arunsh a percentage up front & then play with the rest? Absolutely, that would be the right thing to do.

And what if KK wins big? Then Arunsh will get paid faster, thanks in part to my loan. However, I have no problem giving Arunsh every opportunity to offer you an extension as Mr. Stash suggests.

Has nothing to do with balls.
Admittedly for the most part it is for selfish reasons, there are new lenders in the forum of late, several of whom have made second loans to various borrowers. I have made nearly 1,100 loans now for nearly 650,000 points. And guys that get second loans seem to have the highest incidence of stiffing and slow pays.

So I want new lenders to understand it is best for all lenders to allow existing loans to be repaid. When a new loan comes up, look through the history, see if a loan is outstanding, and if not, compete for the loan. But if someone wants to make you in particular a loan they should take out Arunsh and make you a loan. You have a source of points, dailies, poker, trivia, etc and they all should go to pay off Arunsh. And someone, while they have the ability to do so, should think about whether it really makes sense to make a second loan in front of yours. What is going to happen next, you lose, you are back tomorrow, and the next guy goes here is 300 for 350, pay me 100 per week over 30 days, pay me first, etc, it just spirals.

You have done decently with the repayment of your loan, and you have repaid three second loans to date, but I have no interest in this, and selfishly, what I really want, is I do not want a new lender to make a second loan to one of my borrowers. (thankfully, the overwhelming majority would not ask or accept)

"One of your borrowers?" It's my understanding KK owes Arunsh, not you. If I'm wrong about this, then I apologize. I'm willing to listen to what Arunsh has to say & possibly consider his wishes, if he cares to weigh in. But other than that, I'm not lnterested in anyone elses advice about my business dealings.

I actually did pipe up a few times during the ttwarrior drama though I tried to stay relatively low key about it all.

In regards to this situation, Bobby: you know the circumstances of my loan with him, the current situation, etc. That being so, it's totally your call as to whether you wish to make him this loan or not. There your points, you know the circumstances so do whatever you think is appropriate, and I won't have an issue with it either way.

As you can see, Mr.ArunSh piped in & "won't have an issue with it either way." So if he doesn't have an issue, one has to question why you & dngf have issue? Hopefully KK will be responsible with the 350pt loan, by giving Arunsh a nice payment & try to cash in the top 20 of weekday tourny's with the remaining pts.
