Incorrect 175 Point Trivia Answer
Here's the Question: Which of the following MLB managers never managed the Atlanta Braves?
A: Joe Torre
B: Bobby Cox
C: Ted Turner
D: Dusty Baker
I answered Dusty Baker. Result said I was wrong and the answer is Ted Turner. As far as I can tell, Dusty never managed the managed the Braves. He played for them, but didn't manage. More importantly, Ted Turner is not an MLB manager so how can it be correct to say that he was an MLB manager that never managed the Braves?
You have to believe this will be corrected for you, if that in fact was the question.

I can't see how it would be. My answer was Dusty Baker. Unless there's something I couldn't find, as far as I can tell Dusty Baker never managed the Braves, and therefore that should be the correct answer. Seems pretty straightforward.

In 1977, he sent manager Dave Bristol on a "scouting trip" so Turner could manage the Braves; he ran the team for one game (a loss) before National League president Chub Feeney told him managers are forbidden to own financial interest in their club. In the mid-1980s Turner began leaving day-to-day operations to the baseball operations staff.
I wrote that question for SBR. The correct answer is Dusty Baker.
If you manage just one game in the big leagues, you are considered an MLB manager. That's how the record books work.
Thanks. I am positive SBR had the supposed correct answer as Ted Turner. I guess I should have taken a screenshot, but I definitely know I answered Dusty Baker and it came back as wrong, with Ted Turner as the supposed correct response.
