downsouth funded the loan to blaucoin in a thread that is on the first page that you all can see. I made an offer to blaucoin right about the time I was headed to the gym. I sent a PM to DS and asked him, that if blaucoin hit the bid to fund the loan. DS points reversal has nothing to do with blaucoin. As DS and I discussed outside the forum, we were pretty sure this subject would become the topic of conversation this evening, making the chem bro matter old news. Much like KGambler believes chem bro, I believe DS. Downsouth did not have any intent of committing fraud against SBR.

I am absolutely convinced that there was no intent, and thus no fraud. However I would guess that this may go along the lines of the chem bro situation.

he seems like a standup guy and i would almost assure u he wasnt a scammer.. but i dont know all of the fraud detection stuff. but man I hope he can work it out with sbr..

In the end though.. sbr is just trying to clean up the joint so I understand.. I personally hope they listen to downsouth's case whatever that may be... but I am sure they will make their judgment and hopefully in the end it will be fair.

I don't really understand your post, maybe because I don't know enough about the points lending business. So Downsouth loaned to blaucoin, blaucoin was a scammer and now DS is banned? Or are they saying blaucoin is DS? Or does this have nothing to do with blaucoin? I am confused.

You might want to consider cashing out some points. I am being serious. It seems to piss SBR off that there are people who don't piss away the points willy-nilly, and instead look to accrue as many of them as they possibly can. Their decisions appear quite arbitrary, so I can't see any wisdom in holding an insane number of points in your account at any one time. It's not like the SBR book has high limits anymore anyway.

This has nothing to do with blaucoin, it is coincidental that DS made the loan to blaucoin as the last transaction before his points were taken.
