Cancelled Store Order / Inflated Prices
I received an e-mail stating my store order was cancelled, no explanation for the reason why. My store investigation revealed my requested gift cards were in stock & the price drastically increased, from the price I previously paid a day ago upon ordering. Which leads me to believe my store order was cancelled, so I would have to reorder at the inflated price. Since no explanation was given to the contrary.

What poor behavior are you referring to? I would argue it's poor behavior to cancel an order & not give an explanation to the reason why. Orders shouldn't be cancelled just because they decide to raise prices after my placed order.

Wow...to get a $25 gift card, you have to win 3 tournaments (and then successfully roll over).

Every time small b says cashout or generate points I feel sorry for the guy for about 3 seconds. Try generating money that doesn’t involve scamming government assistance and you might forget about points you lowlife.
Had a chat with Sammy, trying to resolve this matter. I was eventually told my order was cancelled due to a glitch, similar to the numerous poker glitches. Even though it's obvious the customer isn't responsible for such a glitch, the customer is penalized for it anyway. Bottom line, my gift card order should have been honored at the 520 pt price advertised at the time of my purchase. Instead of telling the customer to reorder at a ludicrous 61% markup of 838 pts.
Let this public service announcement be a lesson learned for all future store shoppers, the price advertised may not be the price offered. Apparently SBR store reserves the right to cancel orders & raise prices, after the purchase was already made.

Not taking sides here, but that is quite the raise in prices. A 61% jump is quite the raise in one day. Can any SBR mods/employees explain this? It's not like the price of food just jumped out of nowhere.
As a business, SBR should do what's right. Being liked or not is irrelevant, I'm still a customer who paid for pro membership. I bought the gift cards at 520 pts. They cancelled my order a day later eventually claiming it was a glitch, which is arguable since I wasn't given any reason at the time it was cancelled. Even if it was a glitch, how is that my problem? Why should a customer be penalized for their problem? Then I'm told I can reorder at a jacked up price of 838 pts, 61% markup.
Again, it's like placing an online order as an Amazon Prime member. Then Amazon cancels your order, saying you can rebuy at a 61% markup. Obviously Amazon would never do this, as they'd be sued & out of business. Just an example of how ludicrous this is. Any legitimate business would honor the price a customer placed the order at.
