It doesnt make sense
Ive made two loans totaling 24,000 betpoints to him and he paid me back all of them
He is a decade long + member
STILL a SBR Pro with like 6 thousand points left
and he hasnt logged into SBR in like 8 months and counting
Something doesnt add up , something seriously doesnt add up
He either is no longer able to control his arms or legs, dead, eaten by animals
or is a sex slave against his will
why I mention the huge betpoints loans btw ,is because apparently he owes people

This is opposite of Seaweed, who, upon thinking it was all about him, immediately went pro and paid CashFlow back within days.

Ran a fantasy baseball league Matty and I participated in 2 years ago. Seemed like a straight shooter. Unfortunately it sounds like he's a douche

What did this guy do? How much did he steal?
I think he owes about 20K points in fantasy payouts and poker bets so less than $1,000.
He has 6k points ($300 in bitcoin) so he could make a dent in it.
Was he holding the pots in the fantasy leagues or something? Did he cash out the majority of those points?
He had his annual league he ran and stiffed that league, used points that were buy ins for that league to enter the SBR L3, and then had a bunch of bets in the yearly poker standings thread. He used points to renew his pro status then stiffed all of the other stuff and stopped posting or answering anyone.
He held the pots. In my experience he payed out and without issue. But it sounds like something changed over the last 2 years.
Wow. Sounds like a real scumbag. In my experience, these types of people don't change. It's a shame SBR can't do something about it.
How many people who were once seen by many of the frequent posters here as "trustworthy" have gone rogue and stiffed once they hit a rough patch? More than I care to count I fear. Seems like too many who might have honorable intentions going in, the moment things go sour, it's easier to just say f it and not live up to your responsibility - rather sad. I guess that's part of the risk when you are in a community where many of the members are degenerate gambles.
This is unfortunately why mostly lending has died out here - the risk/reward just isn't worth it.
