    SBR Store - Complaint

    Is this really happening?

    So I order Sportsbook cash... one week goes by, nothing. Two weeks... nothing... a month... finally I talk to SBR and I get told, sorry, will be processed shortly. This morning I get a PM, your order has been cancelled. Resubmit your order.
    But... where are my points? I didn't get them back to make another order.

    I mean, cancelling a Sportsbook cash order... what king of legitimate reason for this can there be?

    I'm all ears.

    How'd you wait a full month though? Supposed to check with them after 7 working days.

    Hi Pinocchio,Our apology. It's a misunderstanding. Your order has been completed on our end yesterday.The book now will do the credit directly to your account which normally takes 2-4 business days. Thank you

    Things could get slow in the SBR store sometimes. But the support staff is always very helpful and professional in solving the matter. No reason to panic
