I bought a $100 @ betdsi and the order now says complete but the cash into in betdsi yet.

Does it take a couple days after completing.

Haven't taken out any cash in a long while don't remember.

yeah i know it says that. but it says 3-5 business days but could take upto 2 weeks.

But it said complete today so i would assume they had put the funds in once its complete but what do i know.

Same issue with 5 Dimes. Got an email saying the order was complete but didnt see the credit on my 5 Dimes account. I contacted 5 Dimes and was instructed to see if there was pending credits that just needed to be processed (after waiting about 4 business days) and they said they couldnt see anything. I then contacted SBR support and had my hand slapped for contacting my sports book to inquire on the status of the credits. I was told that 5 Dimes support wouldn't know anything about it because this goes through their marketing department and to check the forum posts of 100s of people who have used points to claim 5 dimes credits. Was even told that SBR support will "call the 5 Dimes marketing department and appologize on my behalf for bother them about this."

When your order was completed today it means that we have completed it on our end.You need to wait for a couple of days for the sportsbook to credit the amount you have purchase in SBR Store. Just please wait for it

Weird that i just renewed my sbr pro with betdsi last month.

Im now told my betdsi isnt connected to SBR and i have to use a different sponsor.

I have accounts at every sportsbook and can't remember which ones are linked to SBR. I have to try all of them through the store and wait 2 weeks to find out if i am linked or not.

I guess it will take me about 8-10 weeks before i can find out if i can get a freeplay.

COME ON SBR THERE MUST BE ANOTHER WAY.
