has anyone else had this problem? I won a free play on monday. System was down on tues. The two team parlay I tried to play wasn't even put down (it hit naturally). I have talked to 3 moderators. The first 2 were really nice but the one today has an attitude. I can't seem to have a resolution or get my free play back.

I'm taking a guess that the one today had an attitude because you started the conversation "give me my freeplay back".
