I said this last week. When Shari disclosed that she couldn't ban him, he started treating the loan like a joke.
I couldn't run to Shari & ask her to ban Bateman even though terms were agreed upon in my thread.
Without the threat of being banned this entire fiasco was never going to accomplish anything.

and as far as this charity donation is concerned, there was no donation in the first place because car seller did not have any bet points to donate, they were not his to begin with

Just to reiterate this again: Whomever had the original loan still has it. Downsouth, nor me nor any other staff member can not only come in and pay off a loan but also put restrictions on it ie if you don't pay it back or do this or don't do that you get banned.

Whether or not you agreed with the terms you did still take them. To arbitrarily decide the loan is over while not paying back the principal much less the interest is pretty poor. You've now had approx 2500 points over past week or so and have paid back nothing.

Leaving aside this very questionable statement (am I supposed to let you break terms for a year and a half before you repay?), it's been documented that you had a chance to pay this off and consciously chose not to...so I'm sure you'll forgive us if we don't believe for a second this is any different than your well-documented history suggests
