    Unable to complete purchase on SBR Store

    Hi. This is a desperate call for help. Have been plagued by this issue since November when I had plenty of points and tried to make a purchase only to get it rejected despite clearing cookies/cache, switching browsers, switching computers. Now that I have points again, tried to purchase sportsbook cash and still encountering this issue. To simplify it, I will post a step by step process of what I am doing in the SBR Store, please tell me what I am doing wrong.

    Based on screenshot 8 (it is very small and hard to determine exactly), it looks as if you are clicking the 'Redeem' button on the 8th stage which only applies to discount codes (not used). You have to actually hit the submit order at the very bottom right.

    But, larger screenshots would help. It appears you are not properly checking out the items.

    Damn, don't know how to resize these pics. Anyhow, for SS8, I clicked on Submit Order which promoted the popup box stating 'Are you sure you want to place this order'. Never clicked on Redeem before.

    I'd try to help you but unfortunately I really can't read the writing on the pics you've included. The Store staff are in during business hours so you can either try sending them an email at forum@sportsbookreview.com or maybe bump this thread in about 6 hours from now when they're in.

    Use the "direct link for layouts" url

    Then click the insert image inline in post icon (left of youtube insert icon) and enter that url

    Use "Alt+Prntscrn" to take your screenshots and it will only snap the active window instead of your entire desktop, making it look bigger.

    if you re-size your browser until just the pertinent information is being shown (without all the side space) it will also create larger looking screenshots.

    Even on a brand new laptop, purchase doesnt go through. Definitely something wrong with the process, can SBR tech please identify what I'm doing wrong / is screwing up?

    guy should get what he deserves after being a member and amassing this many points . not to mention because of the time delay he blew thousands of points in your casino. international bettor that likes to bet tennis , soccer . not our US sports. so SBR Sportsbook is not entertaining for him. this poster has complained about this for more then 2 weeks now and its getting ridiculous. let the guy cash out. if you have to take the order manually then do so. i dont see what the problem is.

    otherwise keep going pro rules the same and make the store what it used to be if thats the case.

    I believe all transactions are manual, when ordering pizzas I usually contact sam9bAll and he helps me out
