    SBR store sportsbook cash

    Anyone having trouble when buying with points sbr sportsbook cash? I bought around nov 15th for pinnacle and I still have not received the money in my pinnacle account. I was told that I should PM "SBR Forum", sent last week a couple of PM's but have not received any response.
    Just wondering if I'm the only one or others are having this troubles as well...

    In order to qualify for your promo cash from Pinnacle Sports your account must first be verified by them.


    Please scan the following documentation and forward it to the Pinnacle Sports Compliance Department at compliance@pinnaclesports.com with the subject line, 'documents for SBR promo cash':


    1) A copy of your picture ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID card).
    2) A copy of a recent utility bill showing your name and address (bank statements are not accepted as proof of address). Other acceptable documents for proof of address include: a utility bill, telephone bill, medical bill or medical insurance, property receipt, lease agreement or government documentation.

    I sent the documents and my account was verified. Since I haven't received the money yet, what should I do next?

    Same here my order was completed yesterday and no credit was received pinny cs told me they credit the funds as soon ss they receive conformation from sbr

    Just wait. Some time ago I have the same problem. I received my order in 2 days after I finished verification procedure.

    Sent an email to pinnacle, sent an email to SBR... still no money in my account.
    Any suggestions?

    I have the same issue.I bought on 18 Dec for Pinnacle,received an email saying it's complete on 24 Dec,but still have not received the money.

    Same problem, but for pizza e-gift cards. I ordered 2 pizza cards around 11AM ET time today. Still no cards in email. I was on live chat asking for help, they told me to check email, that it would be there in 5 minutes. They told me this 3 different times today in the last 6 hours, but nothing yet.
