    slow or no response from SBR store???

    Has anyone else been experiencing slow or in my case no response from Sam or anyone from the store? I placed an order a week ago and it hasn't been updated at all and i haven't received any response from Sam in 2 tries. Anyone else having this issue our am i on the pay no mindlist?

    Just a handful of Amazon gift cards. Status still says ordered though. Not processed or anything that leads me to believe that it is moving.
