So with only 50% of winnings going to yisman, I assume that means that you will pay your own poker stakes???? Because at 50%, I can guarantee that yisman loses in the short and long term on the poker backing

Little bump in the road today. Think it had to do with not being able to play BJ in over 2 weeks. Kind of forgot how rigged it is.
Anyway....the quest to make Team USA begins tomorrow. Starting off fast and staying consistent will be the key.

Don't know why since the conditions (no pts gifts/loans until CS out of debt) were explicitly stated... but obviously that went by the wayside.
Otherwise CS would not be out of the hole, as points were given to him (and loaned?)... which was against what was stated.
You would think someone that openly declared pts bankruptcy would have to at least get back to positive via paying his OWN points back for awhile... but obviously not.

I mean, how long and how many of HIS actual points did he pay?... before he was once again given a "get-outta-jail-free" card.
He knows he'll never have to pay the consequences of his actions for any length of time... which is why he continues to do what he always does.
At this point, it is the ones that allow him to get away with it all that are (now) ultimately responsible.
He really is making POSITIVE contributions to the Fantasy Forum to get his 1 point per day. Here was his post today

Now he is making excuses as to why he cheated yisman out of 100 points today. Had he saved the points and played poker today he would have CERTAINLY made the money and cashed out at least 100 poker points. But see, he can only win 20% of those points, so that it isnt good for him. He gets to keep 100% of what he wins in the casino or sportsbook!!
Now he borrowed ANOTHER 200 points for poker and agreed to pay back 240 from winnings. The problem is that yisman was counting on ALL 200 of those points used for the daily tournaments. Well now he only has 100 points left and it could take him 2 months to even pay back the 240 points AND he will eventually need another poker stake. From now on, poker stakes go straight to secretstash

While his angle shooting bankruptcy was NO JOKE... the real joke is that he ultimately didn't have to pay for his willful squirrelly actions. Per usual... (as his gifted/loaned pts were allowed; contrary to what was stated).

Actually it is to sbr's benifit to let carseller have as many points as he wants. Hell he loses them back anyway fast! I mean everyday he is guaranteed to lose at least 7 points in the casino. By allowing people to send their actual points that might be spent in the store on carseller, it only helps sbr
The thing is, PO.....
SBR stated conditions (no pts gifts/loans until he was out of debt; a consequence for his angle shooting bankruptcy declaration). However, both have seemingly been allowed, as pts have been given and his "stake" is obviously a loan (which was not even used properly... whatta surpise!).
Unless SBR reverses the pts like previously explicitly stated, one doesn't have to be cynical to conclude that what you're saying is correct, PO, and that SBR is now willfully ignoring what it previously stated for its own ultimate gain.
Anyone that lends CS4 anything deserves to get stiffed at this point.
