Why do people NEED to borrow points?

I'm reading about all of the stiffs on here *coughcarseller* *ahemttwarrior* *coughplayersonly* and aside from renewing your pro status i can't think of one real, legit reason why someone NEEDS to borrow points. bunch of barreled in fuks around here.

wanna get in a poker tourney? fuk you save some

need to get a bet in the sports book? fuk you save some

Most don't "need" to, but want to. Don't think PO belongs on that list, one of my best when it comes to reliable payback, and his loan was for the 2500 pt bowl contest.

    Inthedrink,

I actually think that borrowing points for pro renewal is not neccessary either. Trust me I have the money to cover the $200 donation.

Who have I stiffed? Do you know how much that I have just GIVEN AWAY on these forums over the past 13 years? Probably well over $3000 in cash at betjamaica and 5dimes, payfal and mo$eygram

People borrow for various reasons. Some just want to screw around with them, others probably dont have a whole lot of discretionary income. Not here to judge anyone on why they borrow as long as once they borrow they handle it the way they are supposed to.

tripledbet is about the best lender to choose from. But you may need to start off with something sort of small, around 400 or so

Well he was the first one to comment and I think that he is a good option. I guess as a borrower that maybe yisman is the way to go. Hell he gives carseller bumps all of the time and will never see all of the points unless he stops interest all together. And even if he does see all of the points within 4 years, was the aggravation really worth it?

I agree he is a good option (as good as any other options we have dragging around here). When you said just about bet I was curious if there was something that distinguised him from myself or any others. Although I dont lend a lot of points anymore.

False. I stopped the bumps over a month ago.
But as a creditor maybe I am the best since I let you get away with stunts like this.

Tell me about it... I'm beginning to think tat has ulterior motives for having us text him pics for these contests; he never announces a winner, just transfers points and keeps asking to meet up

He would be letting me borrow my own points. And paying interest on it. Great business model
