Last Thursday, I ordered $70 cash from 5dimes at the SBR store. I received an email this morning from Sam saying that my order was "completed". A few minutes later, I received an email stating that the order was cancelled, and the points were refunded to me. I went onto the live chat and was told that the reason was as follows;

1) To make this redemption, preexisting account-holders must have joined the sportsbook through a link on the SBR Network


I obviously do not understand the rules. Perhaps someone can help explain them to me. My order was cancelled becuase I don't understand this. Is this saying that since I had a 5dimes account before I placed this order, I'm not eligible? Do I have any way of getting this money through 5dimes, or do I need to specifically open a new account using SBR?

I've made this exact same order in the past, and it's been filled. Nothing has changed on my end since the last order. Please help me, and tell me if there is anything that I can do. Thanks in advance!

It means if you did not open the account through SBR then you do not qualify for sportsbook cash on that account.

That's what I thought, I was just hoping that I was mistaken. So in essence, I'm being penalized by a sportsbook forum for having a sportsbook account open before SBR started their store?

No SBR isnt making any commissions on all of your losses! You could have had the account before they started 5dimes in the store, but just as long as you used SBR as your referral source.

As it stands now, sbr doesnt make anything off of your account.


For instance, sbrjohn has bought new furniture in his house, repainted his house, and hired 3 maids and servants with all of my losses! EVERY YEAR!

Talk to the mods about what other options you might have. Otherwise open an account through one of the other places that you can get sportsbook cash via an SBR link, deposit $50 and cash out as many points as you want.
