    SnickerDoodles = pathological liar

What a douche bag this Snickerdude is. Had over 2,900 pts & tells me on the poker table 2nite he's paying loan off in full for 1,300 pts. Then he goes & orders $100 DraftKings cash for 2625 pts, instead of paying loan:

Probably will never happen, but I would appreciate if people leave the table when this dikhead sits down at future ring games to meet his rollovers. This loan was way back in August, not one payment. Just lie after lie with this guy: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sbr-points...oint-loan.html

I watched the 5/10 game last night and this guy is a horrible poker player So why would anyone ever want to not play him? Its like free points give away if one has even an ounce of understanding of how to play even the most basic strategy in poker.

And according to that thread u borrowd him 900 PTs lol. First 800pts than 100 more for some poker tourney!

It's courtesy among people who don't want to help a scumbag stiff get more points...pretty much the only recourse community has against stiffers is to give them a hard time.

Yeah that's why I made the post, so poker community is aware. Hopefully a little peer pressure is applied, so Snicker will do the right thing. Seems my only recourse, since SBR won't do anything about it. Unless Snicker has the balls to show up to the bash, then I can dole out my own vigilante justice.

Bobby, I could not send you a PM, so here is what I wrote in the loan thread. You will be paid, I am sure of that. He is too good of a poker player not to cash at least 3 times per week. And he gets his rollovers done real fast and usually doesnt lose.

    bobbywaves,

I talked to snickerdoodles (and lost rollover points to him) on the poker tables today. He wants to make good on the loan. It is possible that he forgot since he havent bumped in a while, but I dont know. Anyway, I came up with a nice payment plan that could work for both of you.

He owes 900 points with no interest at all added. You should be due some interest, but to be honest your 192 fee for the late payment is quite a bit for the 67th day. But you are due something.

How about we make the total payoff 1050 points? This way you make some points and it gives him a shot at paying it off. Of course it he hits it big, then he could feel free and pay you more I guess.

But I reached this deal with him which is pretty fair I think.

    1. He pays you a minimum of 50 points a week
    a. Under this plan, you get 10 points added per week of interest.
    b. For any week that he pays at least 100 points, then no added interest for that week
    c. If he skips a week FOR ANY REASON, then you get to add 50 points interest.

    2. As mentioned earlier, if he pays you 100 points or more in a week, then no added interest to the 1050 for that week.

    3. If he pays 200 points in one week, then subtract 25 points of interest off of the total of 1050 or whatever it is at that time.

If you agree, then just say so here and he will start paying it back in that post

He didnt forget, he was reminded multiple times at the tables yesterday that he owed a 6 month debt and he stated that he was planning on paying it after finishing poker. He just decided that ordering a few extra bucks from draftkings was more important. This dipshit has had the point to repay numerous times over the past few months. He just chooses not too as he is a degenerate stiff.

Now you want to hold the lender hostage just so he can try and recoup some of his points. Garbage in my opinion but good luck.

I don't have PM access...To be frankly honest with you, 192 late fee is quite low & Snicker agreed to the terms so there's nothing to negotiate. Do you realize what the monthly interest would currently be on a loan taken back in August? He's lucky I capped it, & now he's taking advantage of my generosity.

It's not possible he forgot, as he's reminded often. What makes this situation worse is what you said about Snicker is true. He's a decent poker player who has shown the ability to cash in dailies & rollover frequently. This is clearly evident in the high amounts of pts he's obtained multiple times in the past 6 months, he just chooses to be irresponsible by not paying his debt.

Making the loan 1,050 gives him a shot to pay it off? The amount owed is not the issue, Snickers pt history clearly shows he's had enough pts to pay many times over. So let's stick to the obvious issue, his irresponsibility of making the pts transfer.

While I appreciate you talking to him PO, you sound like his lawyer negotiating some lame plea deal on behalf of your clients obvious guilty verdict. How about this, Snicker pays the loan in the amount agreed upon ASAP? Payment plan is fine, but his debt is 1,300 not 1,050. I don't understand nor agree to your concept of interest deduction on loan payments which are expected to be made, so there will be no loan deduction.

As Downsouth said, he was clearly and multiple times reminded about this debt at the poker table last night. Footballtime was riding him about this constantly. He said he would pay it back. There is no way he "forgot" and until he pays his debt, any words from him are just not to be trusted.

OK nevermind then. I tried, I wont bug you again. I was just trying to make it worthwhile for him to pay you off within a month.

Hell I didnt get anything out of the deal either way. I did lose about 5 minutes of my life typing out that post though and a few minutes discussing it with snickerdoodles. There were at least 4 other posters who were there as well when we were talking about it. But fine I wont waste my time anymore on things that are none of my business

Hear ya Rudy, but with my luck Snicker rivers this shark with my stack & then I'm out double the pts. I'm confident I can beat Snicker on the tables myself, no need for a hired shark. But that's not the issue, I just want Snicker to do the right thing & payoff the overdue loan as promised.

Not going to lie I had every intention of paying you when talking to you. Then after playing at 1 in the morning here I was irresponsible and spent it all in the store. When I came home yesterday from work I went to live chat to talk to Sam to cancel my order so I could pay you but it had already been processed. I may slow pay at times but I am not a stiff and I would like to make that clear. Will pay you your points bobby

Stiffs always have excuses. Would also be nice to have a list of the slow pays(and how slow per size loan) etc since I'm currently being stiffed(he says slow paid) by a guy. Once loan gets to two months I'll post a thread.
And I will gladly keep a list of people send me their stiff/slow pay people

To be a slow pay and not a stiff, you have to have paid something...going this long without doing so is a definite stiff move. It was irresponsible to spend the points in the store and you might try to rationalize it as a 'moment of weakness', but it's no different from any other stiff who has a 'moment of weakness' every time they spend points that aren't theirs. Explanations and excuses won't shift anyones opinion at this point; only way to try to do that is by paying immediately, consistently and faithfully.

It's pretty simple: log in once per day, click the gold coin, rinse repeat. Every time you instead use those points to do as you please, you further cement your reputation as a stiff.

As I suspected, Sammy stated he didn't speak with you. Your claim is irrelevant anyway, fact of the matter is your loan could have been paid snumerous times & your order shouldn't have been placed. The only common denominator is your lack of couth & responsibility.
