    How can I become a pro again?

    If I can't pay $200 and it would take forever to get 3000 points.
    They used to have a sign-up with a book promo?

    if you're in the united states you can't sign up with a book, you would still need $200 anyway.

    click on "become a pro" for your options, if you were never a pro you can't do it with points.

    you might not be trusted enough to get a betpoints loan and use them to renew, most of the major points lenders here have been burned a few times...

    You probably ran past your time to renew with points, but not sure. $200 to charity is probably going to be your only way if your in the states.
