I was gifted 1000 paid back over 1200.

I knew you would say this!! If you had instantly sent those 1000 to yis people wouldn't be all over you. However you had over 3k at one point and from that you sent 124. That's pathetic. You lost 2900! So don't feel all self righteous because you showed how pathetic you really are.

Stakes should be off since you stiffed yis his 13 yesterday and if not for the gifts (which you sneakily got 2 of) yis would only have received his 6 and not 13 like stash stipulated.

My original loan terms mandated that I pay 6 a day.

Stash wants me to send all 13.

Stash stakes me in dailies and get a huge % of my winnings.

I reduce debt...stash has the potential to come out ahead.

Kind of left out of yesterday's semi-epic run was the fact that I "gifted" stash 100 points because of his continued help on my part.

1393 paid last week, which qualifies me for a bump.

300 for 330 and I get to enter today's poker tourney!

stash is a gentleman and a pillar of integrity 'round these parts and I've no doubt in R/L (anti-CS, if you will) so it goes without saying he will make his own decision regarding this... however, it should be noted that many will notice the decision stash makes and make a judgment about his decision accordingly.

Everyone saw CS violate yet another agreement.

Everyone saw that if not for "an act of God" (which CS had no clue was forthcoming obv) his blatant disrespecting of stash & yis -- which goes on frequently what w/the stealing, violating agreement terms consistently, smart-ass remarks flaunting his disrespect, etc. -- would have been even more pronounced.

BUT, just b/c he took advantage of a situation (scammed?) and got 2 gifts for 1,000and paid ~1200 (whoop-de-fukkin-do!!!)... all is to be forgiven and he gets his stake agreement back?

SBR is a weird world fer sure......

Didn't realize there was rules against asking twice.....WAIT....there wasn't.

The agreement I have with yisman is minimum 6 a day....PERIOD.

This 13 a day was brought up by stash for him to stake me in poker. Stash knows he will likely profit from this deal in the long run.

    stash

never mind on the poker stakes

yisman seems fine with 6 minimum a day, and getting a full 50% to debt from poker winnings.

yisman set me up with a promise of a bump only to cruelly deny me after sending 3 TIMES the minimum goal he set for me.

Do you not get it? You only were able to send yesterday's points because some guy tossed around 40k points. How often does that happen? Seems like a once in a life time type event.

It won't happen again, and thus you'll still be stuck sending yiser 6 points a day, and this loan will never be paid off.

Yiser would be crazy for sending you a bump. That's why he's not, you're a terrible investment.

Stash would be crazy for staking you. That's why he's not, you're a scammer and a stiff.

Don't fall back on what you did after the lottery happened. Before you were gifted 1k points, you sent yiser 6 points. 6. Less than half of what you get a day. As a grown man you should seek a debt-free life, not one where you get a rush off of other people's generosity.

People with good moral character would've intuitively known that taking advantage of someone's generosity (while simultaneously taking points away from others) was the wrong thing to do.

Oh... WAIT... "people with good moral character"... that's NOT YOU. ( BOOM! )

We don't really have to laundry list all the times you've violated agreements... do we?

What fantasy world you living in, Gomer???: You agree w/yis to not ask for additional loans but YOU DO anyway(fact)... you agree to return stakes but you STEAL them instead and run off to casino(fact)... you agree on more than one occasion to the 13 a day but you violate that too(fact)... ETC...... ETC..... ETC.....

Who ya think you're zoomin' here, Gomer?

My post was basically NOT to you but, rather, to stash & yis. My previous post STANDS.

People are gonna take notice how stash & yis handle you going forward... fact.

People's empathy/sympathies toward them will be re-evaluated depending on their course of action... fact.

Forget the fact that SBR dropped the ball and did not follow through with what Shari said was going to happen.....

    This is comical.

You busted your ass? You got 1000 from a guy who was only supposed to give you 500, you didn't return it, and then you tried to gamble it all away. You somehow escaped with some points and now I'm supposed to give a bump after the way you've treated me the past 2 months?

Do you not understand that the amount owed has been constantly going UP since the loan began?

If stash or any points forum regular aside from PO agree with you, I would give a bump to be fair. But obviously I do not feel this should be the case.

If I can repay 1200 of of 100 then I should be able to repay 360 off of 300.

It's all in the interest of debt reduction.

You are the one that set the bar...not me.

Going to take a nap....I'll be back before 5PM to see if you come to your senses. Today's poker tourney could be beneficial to debt reduction, especially by paying my own way with this much needed bump.

How come you are acting like all these people owe you something? Did I miss something a long time ago where you helped everyone out or have you always been a degen that takes advantage? Funny you say that, because I've been waiting a very long time for you to come to your senses.

You can't point to any rules or terms (especially old ones, that was not a recent agreement and was obviously off the table given recent events) given your repeated violations of the agreements you made on this loan.

I haven't gone page by page but it looks like the numbers are this. At the start debt was 7200. 5 months later debt is at 16880. So debt has increased 9680. Payback even after yesterday is at 5290.
that means in 5 months your debt has actually increased 4390. Please explain to me how this is all about debt reduction again because your actually increasing your debt at almost a thousand a month clip. You know when you should get your next "bump"? When your debt = 0!!

Even if you would have sent the bump, like you promised, I would have missed the tourney anyway. Nap went much longer than I imagined. Guess I stayed up too late last night.
