    Post your 2011 Money Makers

    1. I hope Mike Pelfrey starts off hot again so I can fade him, like last year, HARD.

    2. Runs in baseball have gone down about 10% over the last five years. Don't expect it to change. Good arms are everywhere.

    3. Brewers. We'll see how the moves change their price, but they may be every bit as good as the Reds.

The 'under' at Arthur Andersen Memorial, er, Minute Maid Park.

Will also strongly consider the 'under' for any team with a season win total above 95.

'Over' 68½ for the number of games I watch in their entirety with the MUTE button activated on my TV.

Under on the Giants win total if its anywhere near 90, they will miss Uribe terribly and are due for a pitching injury or 2 after all the innings the staff worked in 2010.

I'm looking forward to see at what number books will cap the teams. I love season long prop bets.

I'm betting against the Rays. They lost Crawford, Pena, Bartlet, and maybe more.

Toronto is gonna still be very undervalued this year, looking forward to pound them against pitchers who throw over 60% of fastballs with a high strike/pitch ratio

public has seemed to love them the last few years .. especially last year .. but losing so many big names I think they could be actually undervalued .. i still don't like them but value could be there ... public will not be all over them like last year ... they will be all over the bo soxs nuts this year

yeah, i agree. will have to see what the early season lines are. i think most people have lost a lot of confidence the rays can keep pace in that division after the marquee losses.

The braves should be overvalued this year

Florida Marlins will provide us a lot of money.....
    1-Josh Jonhson
    2-Ricky Nolasco
    3-Javier Vazquez
    4-Anibal Sanchez
    5-Chris Volstad

i hope this rotation will keep a lot of hitters/teams under 4 runs the first five innings.

Limited to good spots, consider a 3 game chaser with the phils. If they are at home for a 3 game series against a terrible team, like the pirates or diamondbacks. especially if the series will feature any 3 of the big 4, the likelihood of a 3 game sweep at home to the hands of shiite team is very near 0. (but not 0. never 0)

If pettite leaves the yanks, I will look forward to fading them all year. Every pitcher in their rotation is a talented question mark at this point. They are a falling stock and cashman has not done well rebuilding the aging talent. This could be the year the yanks get exposed. expect dog wins with solid young teams

Philly. Boston. New York. Milwaukee. Cinnci. Texas. San Fran

will have to pay premium on all of these teams early on whether they are successful or not

our job to find out which ones will struggle

Agreed, our job could also be to see what crap team will have a good start.

i'm going to do some research for maybe the top 5 pitchers to fit the bill of lousy daytime pitchers.

cole hamels for instance is an overall stud, but batters can see his change up much better in the day than during night games. daytime away games could be good spots for a fade as he'll be favored more often than not
