    Trades happen, team dynamics change, players get lazy after a championship in that off season, pitchers fade, championship hangovers happen, etc.

    Bet the field instead of the Dodgers if the odds are close...

    just a couple of pitching injuries and it can come crashing down

    even if healthy, anything can happen in their first round matchup. bats go cold for great teams all the time over 5 or 7 games series
