PIT-PHI +10 (-115)
Some might be abit hesitant at this # because of the injury to Utley on Thursday, but the pitching match-up warrants a play for me. For the visitors, John Van Benschoten has struggled in a major way in his last couple of starts with 3 of the last 4 easily hitting the over. Heading into a hitter's park against a hot hitting team should do nothing for his confidence. On the other side, Jamie Moyer has been equally dismal of late. 4 of his last 5 starts have seen totals above 10 runs and his career #s vs. PIT aren't great (4-5, 5.22 ERA). Add in that the PIT bats showed some life vs. good Mets pitching another lefty in Oliver Perez - 8 runs yesterday and I think a push is at least in the offering on Friday in Philly.
PIT 25-17-5 O/U on the road (4 of last 5 over)
PHI 27-20-1 O/U at home (5 of last 6 over)
**Flagging the MIL-STL game at 9.5 as a possible addition tomorrow. Maroth pitching for STL is always helpful. Will make a decision on that before first pitch**
