    Seven MLB afternoon games today. Who 'ya got?

    Away Home Away Probable Home Probable
    Braves Nationals Soroka (10-2) Sanchez (6-6)
    Pirates Reds Agrazal (2-1) Castillo (9-4)
    D-backs Yankees Greinke (10-4) Tanaka (7-6)
    Blue Jays Royals Waguespack (1-1) Junis (6-9)
    Dodgers Rockies Ryu (11-2) Marquez (10-5)
    Tigers Angels Norris (2-8) Suarez (2-1)


    Braves -128 +118 favorite over Washington.
    Lean Atlanta with wonder boy Soroka over Dirty Sanchez.
    Both money line and run line are a consideration.

    Pirates +186 -206 underdog vs. Reds.
    No play here, price is too expensive.
    Castillo however in on another planet against Agrazai.
    Dario has a little game but HR to K ratio is not very good in that park.
    There will be times to use Agrazai as a live dog, this isn't one of them.
    Pass.

    Diamondbacks +121 -131 underdog vs. Yankees
    Greinke vs. Tanaka
    Your premier matchup of the afternoon.
    Yanks have been playing subpar lately, Greinke having a Cy Young type season.
    I like Greinke as a live dog in this spot

    Blue Jays +118 underdog vs. Royals.
    Junis (KC) when on is filthy, but he's hit or miss.
    Waugespack (Tor) is not very dependable, he's a rookie and could develop into a decent rotation starter.
    I can't play these two sub par teams, KC would be the play but I'm taking a pass here.

    Dodgers -130 +120 favorite vs. Rockies
    Ryu and the fancy Dodgers are clearly the better team here.
    Having said that the Rockies can look like the '27 Yankees at times at home.
    Lean Dodgers or pass, I don't trust games in Denver or Marquez, I pass

    Tigers +170 -180 underdogs vs. Angels
    Tigers are American League bottom feeders start Danny Norris.
    He's a left handed starter who's having a piss-poor season.
    Angels start left handed Jose Marquez who isn't much better.
    Difference here is Detroit is dead last in hitting vs. LHP (30th out of 30)
    And depending on which metric you use Angels are a top ten hitting team vs. LHP.
    Price is too much but Angels should cruise here. Pass.

    no bets but will be watching Braves-Nats with keen eye. that NL east race will be tight I think.

    IMHO, too many people like ATL. I get the jitters when I'm on the same side as everyone else. Pass for me.

    I was on the wrong end of the PITT-CINN game yesterday. Think maybe PITT can get the better of CINN here. +181 or run line (+1.5, -113)?

    Yanks seem to be slumping. Gotta go with Zona.

    Hate backing a team as bad as KC, but gotta do it.
