    Who's on St. Louis tonight?

    Mike Mayers making his Major League debut.
    Nice numbers for a pitcher out of the PCL too.
    Has a four pitch arsenal featuring a 97 mph heater, and a two seamer that induces ground balls.

    Dodgers start Kazmir, a LHP with a 4.30 ERA that has coughed up 16 dingers.
    Holliday has killed Kazmir in the past, so has Peralta (who is not in the starting line up tonight) Diaz plays SS tonight and he's .293 vs LHP.

    Piscotti crushes LHP 6 taters and a .348 avg with an unreal .458 OBA (97 AB's)
    Aforementioned Holiday also has 6 bombs vs. LHP
    Diaz hits LHP like I mentioned.

    Kazmir is automatic against LH hitting, Cards stack the deck with all right handed sticks tonight except 8th in the order Wong.

    Some don't like to wager debut starters, I'm in the other camp I believe the first time around making his Major League debut (if talented) has an advantage.

    Even though Cards have a sub .500 record at home this year, I like home dogs.
