    Rays vs Phillies - Value in the underdog? 7/20

    David Buchanan looked very much improved in his last start against the Giants. And Tampa will be without a designated hitter.

    Am I the only one thinking of backing the Phillies +120?

    he did pitch better, but the 40 hits and 15 walks in 29.2 ip scared me away. worst whip in mlb will result in weak hitting marlins scoring early and often. meant rays though they are also weak hitting
