I think about JJ saying he needs a huge score badly to stay afloat in Vegas - what if I am in the same position and I need to hit big, and how hard to I have to rollup.
So here is my experiment: everyday, I go all-in with the last +100 units ($) I have and make some kind of pick. I choose either one game, or do a parlay (which I never do, but I might if I'm desperate).
If I lose, I have to scramble for another +100 and do it again, until I hit some limit like +1000. Once I go over a 1000 on the streak, I have to bet minimum another 1000, and whatever the amount leftover is, I can cover my previous losing efforts.
So I if lose two betting sequences in a row, I am 0-2 and -200.
If I happen to win 5 in a row and I'm up to +1900, then I am 1-2, +700, and I have to bet a minimum +1000 on the next pick.
I don't know if this will work but here is the first pick today:
Parlay:
Baltimore Orioles +120
Detroit Tigers -165
San Diego Padres -115
