    Yeah, I'm from Houston and it's painful watching them the past few years... What's crazy is that they are an extremely profitable club now (because they have hardly any bid contracts...)...makes it relatively easy to fade them when betting...

    On the A's -1.5 as well. Houston has a tough schedule the rest of the way, with many of the teams still playing for something (minus the Mariners and Angels). I only see about 5-6 more wins for this team and the A's are hot right now, trying to take control of the AL west so they will be motivated. Peacock isn't very good and the bullpen is pretty much the worst in the league so I think A's have a good shot at covering.

    Nothing in this sport is a lock though so BOL to us

    Don't give up hope just yet guys - astros have one of the worst bullpens in the league. Admittedly though even if they do get some runs in the next 2 innings RL seems unlikely to cover.

    A's won the Tigers and Rangers series, and swept the Rays. Now they face the worst team in baseball, traveling all the way from Houston and can't can't even score off a pitcher with an era approaching 6 at home. All this after knocking around Sanchez, Price, and Darvish. Heck, although they lost off due to a clutch walkoff homer by Torii Hunter, they A's beat on Scherzer like a pinata. A's laid down last night. Can't wait to see what they pull tomorrow with Grifffin starting against Keuchel, who has lost 6 straight and 8 of his last ten starts.
