Anyone know a good resource for looking up stats on umpires?

I'm asking in regards to the A's game where I think an important part of Verlander's success was due to an expanded outside corner given by Jim Reynolds (not taking anything away from one of the best pitchers around of course, a smart pitcher would take advantage of an expanded strike zone).

I'm wondering whether Wally Bell will be more strict. Verlander's velocity might not be all there and the A's bats are up to speed after facing Scherzer (as someone here theorized). Is there any resource for this or is this a little nuanced?

Well I guess Bell isn't going to be more strict with that outside zone.
