Pacific Star: Royals, Twins Over 9½

    Royals, Twins Over 9½

A pair of iffy pitchers point to tonight's Royals, Twins game in Minnesota having plenty of offense.

Even though the Minnesota Twins have already clinched at least a wildcard spot in the playoffs, they trail Detroit by only one game in the AL Central.

They missed a royal opportunity to pull even last night, losing to Kansas City 6-4. Tonight, they face RHP Luke Hudson who has been absolutely terrible this season, especially on the road, where he is posting an ERA of 6.86. We fully expect the Twins to hammer this guy and get deep into KC's bullpen.

Although Minnesota starter Brad Radke is primarily an under pitcher, he hasn't pitched since August 25 due to a torn labrum and stress fracture in his throwing shoulder. KC tatooed Carlos Silva last night for six runs in five innings and we like the Royals to score their share of runs tonight against a very iffy Radke.

    Play: Over 9½

I would agree with this over selcection of yours. Radke's first start comming off the DL, and KC can hit. I think we all know KC's pitching is just god awful, so it should go over with ease.
