Qualls is such garbage. He could have 2 outs, no one on base and an 0-2 count and he'll still manage to give up 4 runs.

i liked this play, a little. i really liked nats under 6.5 but it changed to 6, so i moved on.
so i bet under 8 tampa/seattle and that won.
and my other two, 'other' bets looks like they might too.
