    Not sure what to think about it. In NY a Sabathia Lee combo would be just as devastating. NY better hitting team than Philly. If uggla ever starts hitting for the Braves we may catch philly and pass them.

    Philly fans get a shit public card. They lead the majors in home attendance. they have most knowledgeable fans in sports.
    Cliff Lee left tons of money on the table to return to city he loved the most, felt the most comfortable, and wanted to be. That makes him an immediate 'god' in Philly.
    What he did to the yankees in the WS gm1 was legendary, and his decision to leave their loot on the table only kicked it up a notch. THe entire state of NJ is half Philly, half NYY. half eagles, half Giants. These kinds of things are rare, but when they happen they are huge. Yeah, the guy is kind of a big deal.
    This thread is ludicrous. Wishing harm on a good guy for no reason is kinda fukkin with Karma, wouldn't you say? douche bags. It's just baseball, on top of all of it. take it easy.

    i feel like you didnt actually watch the game. that loss was not on stutes, but on Howard for dropping a popup in foul territory. that should have never happened.
