    He's a three starter on any other club.

    An ace is Halladay, Sabathia, Timmy, King Felix.

    Back in the day Seaver, Gibson, Palmer were aces.

    Just because you are the first in the rotation doesn't make you an ace, calling Dickey an ace is like calling Hochevar of the Royals an ace.

    Anyone can be an ace for the mets, i think they should let Jose Reyes pitch because he is the only person on the team who gives a shit. I think i should go try out for the mets open tryout. I know i can turn a double play.

    He didnt win 10 games until last year with 11. I dont think he is going 'breakout' at age 36. He will end the season with 13-14 wins and 4.00+ ERA.

    There are only a handful of true aces around right now and the Phillies have two of them. Rough list would be
    Lincecum
    Halladay
    Lee
    Sabathia
    Felix

    Price
    J. Johnson
    Lester
    Verlander
    Weaver
    Carpenter
    Cain
    Kershaw
    U. Jiminez

    I probably missed some but lets just say Dickey's name wouldn't be coming up for quite awhile.
