Would you suggest Wawrinka instead? Outside of the h2h I can't find a reason. If you want to talk h2h, Berdych played him very tough way back in Australia when Wawrinka was playing the best tennis of his life. Wawrinka is maybe 60% of that guy now imo.

I also wonder about his mentality with the Davis Cup in a few weeks. He seems a bit checked out to me.

That's a bad line you got there. Leaning Berdych too. Might live-bet for better odds.

    Is Berdych the play?

Wawrinka been playing like absolute shit lately...But has he just been in cruise control leading up to this finals?

Well an absolute no show. Why tennis betting is tough. And I suck.

Still learning at the last tournament of a season. Pick em type lines are what I need to avoid more. Did well early with that, but taking more lately than I should. Most are guesswork & that's not how you win consistently. Ugh.

Easy to speak after the game but Berdych played 2 good tournaments in October while Wawa was resting...

I like Over on Djoko / Cilic any thought?

That's what I was thinking...Stan seemed to be in cruise control in anything he played in since US OPEN...Knowing he was to get into the finals anyways. Nice and rested and Berdych played hard this last month. Berdych 18 matches since US open...Stan 6 matches.

I go oppo on the Stan thoughts. Read many articles where he admitted he was having a tough time with finding much consistency and admitting maybe his effort level has been trash at times since winning the Slam. I dont think he was resting.

My thoughts on Djokovic-Cilic is that it could go like Fed-Raonic. Cilic may be nervy or rusty to start. If Djokovic lets him get comfortable though, it could be tight. I tend to think he won't, but I am wrong plenty obviously.

Yeah, I was fooled by Wawa's recent struggles too; but never again will I trust the funky Czech dude. Wawa/Fed have their biggest week-end of the year coming up, btw. So Wawa might be getting up to speed, at least I hope so.

Interesting thing will be Wawrinka's next match. Berdych's comments today make me hesitant to say Stan had to do much more than show up towin. Guy called it his worst match of the season and sounded as if he had no feel for the game at all.

Worse than losing to Andujar 6-3, 6-2 in Valencia. Worse than 6-0, 6-2 to Djokovic in Beijing.

The funky Czech dude might be trying to play mind games. But you are right, EP36: Wawa might still be in poor shape. Might be a good idea to fade him against Cilic.

Just unlucky to have the exact opposite happen of what should be expected. Question still remains if Wawrinka is in form unfortunately.

Murray-Raonic, Fed-Nishikori tomorrow. Nishikori +1.5 Sets looks appetizing.

Stan will play Djoko next so he will have nothing to lose. With today's results, he could still qualify even if he loses next 2 matchs.

+3.5 is GAMES, the +1.5 I took is for SETS just to be clear. Games spread is a little trickier, but if you're in line with thinking Nishikori can win - then it's not a bad shot.

So far doubles > singles in London. Singles been disappointing from a competitive standpoint. Really thought this was gonna be a good one.

Reading more, sounds like Kei was compromised with a wrist injury.

Murray-Raonic is 50-50. All about who responds better from defeat. Slight edge to Murray since he knows this format better, but Milos has beaten him 3-1 although some of that is outdated at this point.

I wouldn't touch that Berdych-Cilic match with free money. Too hard to figure out. If anything riding unders until they are proven to be wrong might be prudent. I'm probably gonna sit tomorrow out. Don't really like anything.
