Isn't Verdasco an auto play against Murray?

No way, he almost lost to Cuevas; Murray will roll.

And Murray almost lost to Kohlschreiber and had to fake an injury. If it wasn't for the suspension we would be discussing Verdasco vs Kohlschreiber. Murray can lose to basically anyone on clay. At plus money Verdasco is worth a play imo.

It should be a good battle assuming Murray continues his physical recovery. It's a bit difficult to gauge true form on Verdasco. Gasquet obviously physically was worn out finally. Cuevas had him on the ropes and choked hard. In between Houston and Roland Garros, Verdasco had been very ordinary on the surface. We can say what we want about Murray, but the guy is consistent at this tournament, although never great. Murray will challenge Verdasco in ways he has yet to be challenged on-serve. I think Murray will probably grind through.

It was cramps two days ago. Not a concern. Said he was fine for the 40 minutes or so he was on-court yesterday, just nervy due to the situation. I think mentally it was probably a good thing for him to go through. He hasn't been in that situation since his back surgery, so now he knows more about how his body responds.

Grass Court season is also officially kicking off this week with the Nottingham Challenger. Usually a good field and this year is no exception with lots of main level ATP guys dipping down to get some work in. Main Draw starts Tuesday. Sijsling. Sela. "Mr Grass" Benjamin Becker is one to watch. de Schepper. Steve Johnson. Lots more. Loaded field for this type of event, so should be some bettable matches.

Not this week. I think he usually waits for the ATP level ones, but he's also another good guy to follow for grass. Becker and Mahut are two guys you don't think of unless you follow the tour this time of year. I remember when Nicholas Kiefer was right in the mix too as a guy who sucked most of the year, but always came out strong on grass. Hewitt is still one to watch.

Interested to see how Kyrgios handles it. He did well on clay and grass should be okay with his game, especially Wimbledon where it's quick. Also want to see if Kokkinakis makes it. He's in qualis this week, not through yet.

I think this surface alone is why Federer will keep grinding with the hopes of snagging another Slam with some help. Such a specialized surface and he's still pretty damn good on it.

Yeah with the right match-up, you can make some decent money on him. I rode him in 2011 when he made the quarters at Wimbledon. He's usually decent at Queens Club

i don't know what's wrong with you....with all the knowledge and analytical ability you go for these parlays so often and 3-0 set betting ? really?
It's just not very wise selections too often so no wonder overall profit is hanging below +5...

i know you can do better.

Thanks for your concern. If you know the outcomes and chokes ahead of time, please advise me in advance. I apologize for not knowing everything

Please sense my humor in that post as well. Don't want to offend anyone. Slumps are slumps. We'd all be rich without 'em. I think the French traditionally is my worst Slam by far. Combination of bad luck and timing since it starts with my yearly vacation. Seems to throw me off.

i sense it no problem with me...since there is too much respect from me towards you anyway....

but advice from me is to stay out of parlays and (-) set betting... go for bigger dogs more and you will see profit go up

I am on Murray as well. Looks like it's going to be a tight match.

I chose to take Murray and lay off Monfils, trying to be responsible. Of course Monfil is rolling in the first set.

Go Clown Wheels. Chose to ride out my quarters future on him today since it is a small risk. Felt he would win today. Long way to go with that knucklehead.

Murray wins set #1. He is into Verdasco's serve fairly well.

Looks like it will be Operation Greenout in the Quarters with La Monf. Finally catching a break!

Some times I really do consider playing only futures.
