Small Write Up for Todays Mid Morning Plays:

Lorenzi is an average ATP to lower level pro, but he still holds a distinct advantage over his opponent today. Lorenzi plays on the ATP stage the entire year & plays against some very good players. His record is 10-12 this year & he will be looking to add another win into that column bec of the draw he got this week! Desein is a player outside the top 200 & just played a Future event, where he lost in the quarters. He did win a future tment the week before that, but lost FIRST round in a Challanger the week prior that. So this a match that Lorenzi has GOT to win IMO & move into the next round this week getting more ATP points, prize money & a win for the record (bec wins are hard to come by on the ATP tour). He should be motivated to play very hard and he should be able to control the points I would think. Hoping for a good solid effort today by Paolo.
Hanescu has been playing solid tennis on the clay, his fav surface, and should have a good amount of confidence today when facing Machado. Hanescu can get the serve working, he will be really tough to beat for sure. I am hoping he hits his spots well today & can break Machado in each set to pull ahead. Could be a very close match, I am expecting Machado to not be at his best. He has dropped to #330 in the rankings & Hanescu has never lost to him before (2-0), never dropping a set. Again, this is in Portugal, so I do expect Machado to fight hard and it could be close close, but Victor should pull this one out and move on this week.
Robredo has been playing really well on the clay. He also knows he won't make a run deep in the French Open, so he is going to try to get as far as he can in all these lead up tments. He has proven he is moving well & hitting his shots and playing great defense. HE will pose a tough challange for Gimeno Traver this morning & he should be able to defend himself and then throw that little offense in to pull this match out. I can see one really tight set here & maybe one not so tight. I just feel that Robredo continues some of his solid tennis and gets through this match.

I love your Hanescu pick, I am on him as well, at -2.5games as well as -150. I also agree with your write up on Robredo, I feel like he will win, but I took DGT +4, I think he can either keep it close in straight sets, and squeeze out a set of his own. We will see how everything works out.

Thoughts on Baghdatis on his first match back? He is getting pretty favorable odds against Korolev... or was, I havent seen the line recently.
Or on Melzer/Monfils, I would see Jurgen winning, but I always hate betting against the Clown, I just remember him from back in his glory days (not so long ago) and always feel like he is a decent bet. What say you.

TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE
In most cases, if its not the first match of the day, the next matches cannot start "BEFORE" a certain time, so probably in this case, 8:50. If for some season, the match on the court prior goes long, into 3 sets, they can push back the next matches, obviously. I would assume that is the case in this instance.
So alot of times the books will pull the wager when its supposed to start, and then if they see its going to be delayed, they will put it up until that match is actually scheduled to start. Hope that makes sense.

Sorry mtc, I was gone all day at my 10yr olds Field Day today I didn't even get on my phone to look at the thread, just a score here and there, but not much. Yea, laying off those early ones was a good play for me. Congrats on the Hanescu pick, easy straight setter! Tough break on DGT if he did not cover, I think he did though. AMAZING effort by Tommy to win the 2nd and 3rd sets, esp the second breaking at 6-5 AND getting the break back to start the third set!

I did NOT want to even look at the Clown vs Old Man match today. Melzer I want to push off a bridge and Monfils is the most disappointing mother fer on tour almost. Mr Unpredictable vs Mr Unpredictable...... I wanted no part of that coin flip match. Sorry I didn't get on sooner to let you know. If I HAD to pick, I would of went with the Clown bec I HATE Melzer so much. Also, I saw that Bags struggled today huh???? SUPER close match, but he goes down in straights. I KNOW he has been out awhile, which is why I didn't even look twice at that line and just passed it up. I had NO idea what to expect out of Bag bags today & well, another good decision I made IMO.

Can't fear man. In sports gambling, when you see a play you really like, you go for it. Bankroll management will keep you in the game for a long long time, as I have been, but when you see that one play pop up once in awhile, u gotta go for it sometimes and up the bet size. Thanks FF!! Looks like we are kicking azss this week man @ 7-0! I hope you have been getting the tennis plays in time. I usually stay VERY far away from baseball wagering, I would rather put $100 on the poker table and try to have some fun getting it to $300 I just hate baseball man. Betting on it seems crazy to me, every -200 or more team I look at freaking loses half the time. It's pathetic IMO, so I don't do baseball hardly EVER! Soccer too, horrible to wager on IMO. By staying away from BOTH of these sports, I have saved a ton of money I think. Another thing I have done over the years lately is to be VERY selective on my picks. I don't need 10 wagers a day or night to keep me happy. I can look at the late game for bball and if I like it, I might go big and that keeps me excited the entire afternoon and evening. I don't just gamble to gamble anymore. That crap got me trouble 10 years ago or more. I have learned & the way I do my sports betting is not only now profitable, but SO SO much more enjoyable Just some thoughts. Good luck to you too brotha!

I did end up covering on DGT, he played strong (or should I say Robredo played poorly) in the first, so the total games was +1 for DGT and the game spread was +4, so that was a pretty easy one. The match went pretty much I expected, except I thought DGT would take the 2nd to force a 3nd, not take the first. But $$=$$. So I am not un-happy. CONGRATS on another sweep.

The problem with PM my nba picks is because I am usually stuck on the court & my iphone takes a few mins to do something like that and usually I am going strong with no breaks hour after hour after hour. I will do my BEST to PM you right after I put them in. I will put up a SBR page on my phone & leave it there so I can refresh quickly and send it to you quickly. I will try this for tonight. But honestly, I like a play or two and I check it with some of the top cappers here in the NBA section. If I see one of my guys loving the play too, I lay down baby! I follow a few guys pretty regularly, but the main guy I have been following who is on a TEAR this playoffs is "Doughboy22"!!!! He is like freaking 18-5 this playoffs and he had ANOTHER sweep day last night going 3-0. This guy knows his shyte BIGTIME! Check him out & try to make some money. Thanks. I have been much more selective in the bball games. I see a good play, I wait for it and then I hit it hard! I don't do many 100 here, 100 there.... I find one I really like and BAM! ***Oh yea, funny story...... I "thought" I took a live play on the Bulls yesterday when they were down 67-62 at +7.5. I am going to clean up the last THREE days (that's what needs to be updated record wise) kind of quickly bec I have the time now & that has been my major issue. Once 2pm hits, with teaching tennis and all 3 kids and night and beds, I have no time.

I know my plays keep going up the morning of the matches. But I am at least getting them up BEFORE the matches do start on the first wager & for some of the plays, they are hours later. I am just a "little" surprised that not one person comes in here after I hit my third day of a perfect card. Honestly, to me it is no big deal. I just find it interesting. A good example is a capper in NBA. He is excellent, but sometimes gets his plays up right before the first game & everyone just sits and waits..... It is cool. And when he throws his plays up, I bet over 100 people immediately hit their sportsbook. Now for ME, if anyone knows of ANY capper, in ANY sport, where he or she is winning play after play after play, PLS tell me!!! I will tail someone on a winning streak in ANY sport. I know tennis is not a big popular sport, but damn if someone was hitting 10 in a row or something sickening, I would be waiting until they throw their plays up & then tail like a mother fer, LOL! Honestly, to me, it doesn't matter if 100 people tail me or 0. I continue to keep making myself money and keep winning, even if I am solo. If I put on here I bet $250 on a play, than that is what I am sweating. When I win 4 units for the day, I won $400. And so on...... I just really thought I would be making MORE than just a few friends some money. I guess ya gotta go 19-0 in tennis to attract attention, LMAO. Seriously, I continue to make money on this sport left and right. I just hope some of ya'll join me No worries here, I have been happy as a mother fer with winning EVERY play this week and by tailing my man Doughboy22 in NBA.
