In case someone needed a good laugh, here some's more lies from a couple days back:
Drew: All checks right now are to be sent out next week at the earliest. This is according to the accounting department who is working with IT to get our mailer system working at full capacities again

fwiw i had problems getting a payout recently due to delays in them getting checks out. was able to get ** instead and they took care of the fees. got the money a few days later

Same experience for me.
It seems I got my 8500 from this company at the perfect time which was about a month ago. I had no problems what so ever.
They have shown small improvements over the last week, it this continues, they once again may become a recommended shop by K&J
Let's all take a wait and see approach and then bang them if all seems good to go.

BP is not a good book IMO, if you're going to play with that family of books I would think you would choose WC over BP but would stay away from the whole family and see how they are doing next football season.

First off I wanna thank Fishhead for sending me to Wilheim. He has done an amazing job with all of this. He didn't waste any time at all, talked to the right guys and started to get a consistent cash flow coming in. All my payouts that have been pending for quite sometime are now sitting in my burberry. So obviously Bet Phoenix is not a sinking ship. I am very confident that I will be recieving all of my money...Thanks again Wilheim...

Well, with all of BP's problems about 2 weeks ago I told them i am cashing my acct out and told them I would wait to play there until they get their act together. On tues May 11. I requested all of my money by way of ** (in $850 increments). I had approx $3600 there. I know I'm getting raped with fees but since they cant send checks, my options are limited. After 7 days, I did receive 2 $850 moneygrams yesterday but now Im told that I have to wait 14 more days for my other 2 moneygrams. Seems a little ridiculous to me. Then yesterday I get an email from them about a free $50 casino chip to try their new live casino (I guess they've made some changes). So i called up and asked how to get the casino chip and got transferred to a manager and he told me that I couldnt get the chip because of the bashing I was doing in the forums. What a joke!!! Im the same guy that was praising and endorsing them on this very same forum before all of their problems...Oh well, at least Im getting out!!!
LOL... They wouldn't give you a lousy 50 dollar chip cause you were bashing them in the forums...
The funny thing is that I was a huge supporter of this place over the past 2 years. When they act honestly, I praise them on the forums, when they lie to their customers, they deserved to be bashed. I really dont care about the $50 chip that you have to roll over a million times. Its all just pretty amusing. So my word of advice is, if you want that $50 chip to play around with, say nice things about the great Betphoenix!!!

I have received an $850 ** withdrawal, which was the 1st installment of the $2,000 check I had requested. I felt since I had been slightly critical of them in the past, it was only fair to post positive news about them.

I inquired about the check withdrawal I requested on the 14th, but had not yet received. They told me that the mailing system was still going to be down for a while, so they offered to do a free wire, so I decided to go along with that. I will let everyone know of the outcome. I'm hoping they make good on this because they are really the only US book to use for soccer, and have always been good to me in the past.
Here's my prediction...First of all, its a good thing you inquired with them 10 days after you reqested a check or else you would have waited longer (god forbid they make a phone call to you explaining their problems). They have already bought themselves 10 days. Now you are supposed to get a wire...you'll wait approx 10 more days and when you dont receive that (keep in mind that now they have bought themselves 20 days), you'll call them and then they'll offer to start sending you $850 moneygrams (at no charge) until you are paid but the problem is that you can only receive 1 or 2 per week.

Am I wasting more time by switching to a wire? They said checks are no longer an option. They also refused to give me a free ** instead of my unprocessed 2k check request from May 10th. Anyone gotten a wire from them recently?
