That wouldn't be possible, I am afraid. You are not eligible for a reload bonus upon depositing while having pending wagers and this is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions.
You might have been told you would be eligible upon depositing but that doesn't exclude our other stipulations.

Very annoying but if they want to be stubborn CS chat does not over ride the terms.

The request to return your deposit is reasonable though and I would think if you can get the ear of a manager they will agree.

Can I suggest that you email and start off by asking your request to be escalated to a manger. And then just say their live chat operator confirmed your account was eligible for a bonus but after deposit they now say you are not, and would like your deposit refunded. I'd be surprised if they dont agree if you put it nicely and simply.
