I have had BetUS tell me I was not eligible for a bonus when I checked. I think the rep here made an assumption that the customer was eligible based on their knowing the bonus and then checked and found out they were not.

Books will generally not back what a rep says on chat so not that surprising.

I would not sweat it much over a $150 deposit. BetUS gives some really good bonuses. There will be others.

Maybe you'll get someone more understanding of your situation, but don't go into the conversation with guns blazing. It's a new person who hasn't heard your problem, so give them some benefit of doubt if you want to have any chance of the bonus being applied.

I had phone call with BOL and asked if I qualify for NFL bonus. CS said yes but I questioned CS to check as a few days earlier I didn’t get the 35% reload bonus. Waited for about 5 mins for him to talk to sup and he told me that I recently had a payout and had to wait 14 days to be eligible for bonus again.
