No updates from MYBOOKIE, or SBR…
My account has been disabled for over a month now with 40k in my account.
The Funny thing is I don’t even know why. Lol
Every time I call them, they keep telling me the exact same thing that my account has been under investigation.
Anyway, I’d like to spread my story out, so that people would stop using MYBOOKIE and funding them.

Ken lets be honest here. Optional already said he couldnt get a hold of anyone at Mybookie. So throwing them shade saying no updates is pretty shitty.
The absolute only thing you have posted since you joined is about your problem. What gives SBR much incentive to help when they know you are going to leave as fast as you came as soon as this is over.
Do you play at other books? Have you run into problems before? Give us some background and hop into some other threads to show you are a valued asset to the forum.

MyBookie have responded to four of the complaints in.
Basically denying the player claims in each case.
One player did not respond when advised what MyBookie said (really unhelpful to everyone complaining)
One player needed to do some research to get info to refute what they claimed and was told it was urgent and spent a week getting around to doing it even close to adequately. (really bloody unhelpful too)
And the last two were players who had been invovled in the Betsoft casino situation, but had also had sportsbook balances confiscated as well as casino winnings. And MyBookie basically implied SBR was out of line even asking about those cases, and made no attempt to justify their confiscation.
Given the players involved in these cases made it difficult to go back with a swift rebuttal, every matter on foot has been bogged down.

My Bookie will keep investigating until they can find something bogus and use it as an excuse to not pay, I mean they froze my account when I tried to get paid because they saw multiple IP adresses for bets, that happens anytime you use a cell phone to log in at different locations, then they said I won too regularly so I must be non recreational, They actually believe their own lies, good luck trying to get those thieves to pay

If they're no longer cooperating, then they should be rated F and blacklisted. There was very little holding them back from an F rating in the first place, IMO. If they now won't even answer simple questions about why a player is having their balance confiscated - hiding behind "ethics", LOL - then they have no credibility. A sportsbook which was operating above board would be happy to share such information, to keep player confidence high and their name in a positive light. If they won't do that, then I start drawing all sorts of negative conclusions.
OP has had $40,000 taken from them by MyBookie, and they won't even say why. Who knows, maybe OP was pulling off some sort of scam. But we'll never know because MyBookie is telling the player community to eat shit. Why isn't this a HUGE deal?Last edited by DontTailMe; 08-31-21 at 04:16 PM.
